We are professionals interested in the principles of “good governance” and the increasing need to find “best practice” governance role models in the private, public and third sectors across Europe. We look to provide evidence of the value of good governance through the application of the European Governance Model™.
A decade ago, very few countries in Europe had a corporate governance code. In recent years, however, there has been an explosion of new Codes and each of the member states has either introduced or revised its Corporate Governance Code over the last decade.
