Dean Fathers has a wealth of Board experience in a range of organisations, from blue-chips in the private sector, icons of the public sector, small and medium sized private and entrepreneurial companies as well as third sector charities.
Dean’s practical experience of applying strategy as a driver for change, linked to his understanding of best practices principles regarding Board governance has played a significant part in the creation of The European Governance Model™.

Professor Chris Pierce
Chris is CEO of Global Governance Services Ltd and holds a number of board appointments in the UK and overseas. He is a regular chairman and speaker at international conferences, and has written many articles and books on corporate governance - “Corporate Governance in the European Union” and more recently ”Corporate Governance in the Gulf”.
Chris is an Honorary Visiting Professor at Cass Business School, City University London, a Research Fellow of Cranfield Business School, a Fellow of the Caux Round Table, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an Executive Fellow of Henley Management College.
He has an MBA, an MSc, an MPhil and is a Chartered Secretary LinkedIn Profile
Sharon is CEO of Genius Methods providing governance, board evaluation and board development services. Sharon’s career spans company secretarial, risk maangement, governance and board development in the UK and South Africa .
Sharon holds a numbers of roles within the IoD and is on a CfA Standards Committees. Sharon is a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Director and has a MBA.
Sharon is also a Non-Executive director of Buckinghamshire Building Society and a Director of Valufin which provides treasury management services.

David is a MD of Pilgrim Fathers Ltd at the idm Group providing improved organisational performance through the development of better Boards improved Director capability supporting senior managers all in Public and Third Sector organisations.
David’s passion is training and focuses on Executive Tutorage for small select groups and provides executive facilitation, organisational change and company program design. David is a Non-Executive Director at Progress Childrens Services and Director at Independent Decision Makers.
